OUNCHAN (hereinafter referred to as “the Shop”) recognizes the importance of protecting customers’ personal information and complies with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information of Japan (hereinafter referred to as “the Personal Information Protection Act”). The Shop uses customers’ personal information for the following purposes:

3. Changes to the Purpose of Use

(4) When jointly using personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act
8. Disclosure of Personal Information
When a customer requests disclosure of their personal information, the Shop will, after confirming the customer's identity, disclose the information without delay. However, this does not apply when the Shop is not legally obligated to disclose the information.
9. Correction, Addition, or Deletion of Personal Information
When a customer requests correction, addition, or deletion (“Correction, etc.”) of their personal information, the Shop will conduct necessary investigations without delay after confirming the customer's identity, and will act based on the results.
10. Suspension of Use, etc. of Personal Information
If a customer requests suspension of use or deletion of their personal information due to improper acquisition or use beyond the intended purpose, the Shop will respond promptly after confirming the customer’s identity—provided the request is found to have valid grounds. However, this may not apply if the Shop is not legally obligated to suspend use under the Personal Information Protection Act or other laws.
11. Use of Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Shop may use cookies and other technologies to improve user convenience and analyze access data. These technologies help the Shop understand usage trends and contribute to service improvement. Cookies can be disabled through browser settings, but certain features may become unavailable.
