Payment Timing:

- Bank transfer: After completing the order
- Cash on delivery: Upon product delivery

  - Convenience store or bank payment: Until the 10th of the following month  
  - Direct debit: Withdrawn on the 12th of the following month

Delivery Timing:
Products are usually shipped within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.  
*During event periods or busy seasons, shipping may take up to about one week.  
For international shipping, delivery may take approximately 1–3 weeks depending on the shipping method and customs clearance.

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations:
Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for customer convenience.

If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped due to our error, please contact us within 7 days after delivery.  
We will promptly arrange an exchange or refund.

Because vintage kimono materials are used, slight color variations or age-related changes may be present.  
Please understand these as characteristics of the material.

For returns or exchanges due to our error, the Shop will bear the shipping cost.

Sales Conditions:
International shipping is available (DHL / FedEx / Japan Post).  
Please carefully check the product description before purchasing.
