Refund policy
Please note that we do not accept returns due to customer convenience (such as differences in image, size, etc.).
If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
When contacting us, please attach a photo of the defective area to your email.
After confirming the issue, we will process a refund for the defective item.
In this case, you do not need to return the product.

Returns and refunds cannot be accepted in the following cases:
- More than 7 days have passed since product delivery
- Used or previously worn items
- When the orderer and delivery address differ (except for defective items)
Procedure for defective product claims:
1. Within 7 days of product delivery, please email us the following information:
- Your name
- Address
- Email address
- Product name and product number
- Details of the defect (attach photos in case of damage)
- Order number (found in your order confirmation email)
2. Once we confirm the email details, we will provide instructions for the refund process.
